Transported 40' line pipe of various Dia between 10" to 18" from Karachi to various locations all over Sindh. Transported their project cargo from Karachi Port to Sui.
 
M/S. SUI NORTHERN GAS PIPE LINES LTD, LAHORE (YEAR 1976-78)
Transported purification plant equipment which include 2 boiler of 100 tons each and 2 gas Turbines of 65 tons each to Sui Gas Fields (Distance 700 Kms) via 50km stretch of rough and rolling terrain. We have shifted their 10" to 24" Dia 40 ft long steel line pipes from Karachi/Kotri to various up-country locations.
 
M/S. OIL & GAS DEVELOPMENT CORP. (YEAR 1980-1982)
Shifted huge drilling Rig from Hondi, 20 Km of the 78 Km Post, Super highway to Shadan Lund, Pirkoh (Distance about 850 Kms). Beside this we have transported Rig material from Karachi to various location.
 
M/S. PAK-ARAB REFINERY LTD, KARACHI (YEAR 1976-1982)
Shifted 10500 tons of steel pipes of dia 0.41x12M from ship derrick to Cafe Nauman (Distance 40 Kms) by working round the clock without causing any demurrage. Beside this we have loaded and unloaded 84000 pipe spool to various dumps between Karachi and Mahmood Kot (Distance 975 Kms).
 
M/S. SHELL PERTOLEUM DEVELOPMENT B.V KARACHI
Hauled their complete Drilling Rig from Karachi to Pabbi Hill and shifted Rigs to various location in Pabbi Hills.

Carried Drilling Rig from Karachi to Meyal fields and between different sites.
 
M/S. AMOCO PAKISTAN EXPLORATION CO. ISLAMABAD (YEAR 1975)
In the year 1975 & 1976 we on demand of Amoco engaged 27 vehicles for a period of three months on daily basis. Our truck/trailers and cranes were also hired from time to time. We moved bulk of Rig material from Karachi to Mianwali (distance about 1700 Kms) and back.

Shifted heavy Drilling Rig material from Karachi to various drilling sites through difficult terrain’s in 1982. Beside that shift their rigs from one location to another time to time.

They have awarded us transportation of plant equipment and material for 3rd Phase of gas compression project of PPL Sui Gas Field.
 
Fertilizers
 
M/S. ENGRO CHEMICAL PAKISTAN LTD, FIRST EXPENSION (YEAR 1992)

Received Co2 Absorber, Striper Radiant Section and other super and general cargo from chartered vessel MV FAIR LANE and MV FAIR MAST. The total cargo was over 25,000 freight tons.

For the super cargo we had to make under pass at Port Qasim, dismantle Toll Plaza concrete structure at Dadu-Moro Bridge.

Took de-tour over 50 Km from Khairpur to Rohri . In the process constructed 25km long diversion, beside doing extensive improvement work with our own earth moving machinery. Sharp turns were filled with earth at many places for the approach roads, bridges and railway level crossing. We had to make special by-pass improve diversions, remove encroachments, cut the road side trees and at various places we had to dismantle houses and other concrete structure enroute. Electric and telephone shut downs were taken for each and every telephone and electric wire and many electric and telephone pole were removed right from port Qasim upto Daharki site. The heavy pieces were transported from Port Qasim Karachi to Daharki as below:

M/S. FAUJI JORDON FERTILIZER CO. (YEAR 1995 ONWARD)

M/s. Descon Engineering (Pvt) Ltd, awarded us the job for transportation of plant equipment from Port Qasim project site located some 28 Km from the Port in Bin Qasim Industrial Area.

A used Ammonia plant, comprising of over 38000 freight ton had been transported in first phase. The whole plant was brought in four shipments, the largest one was of 12493 F. ton. The significance of the job was direct delivery of whole plant onto trailers from Vessel tackle.

Dim. 33.5 Mx442 Wt. 175 tons benfield abosrber was transported by us from Karachi to Mirpur Mathelo alongwith many other over dimensioned packages (Distance 600km).
 
M/S. PAK-ARAB FERTILIZER LTD, MULTAN (YEAR 1976-1977)

Transported most of the heavy and over dimensional cargo including 6 Absorption Towers from Karachi to Multan (distance 1000 Kms) in the following dimensional range.

M/S KUEHNE & NAGEL (1997- ONWARD)

M/s. Kuehne & Nagel, Italy awarded us Custom Clearing and Transportation of plant equipment of 130 MW Habibullah Coastal Power Plant, Quetta. Transported over 25,000 F.ton of cargo from Sea level Karachi through difficult mountain ranges to 5500 feet high Quetta valley. The transportation schedule of heavy lift equipment coincided with monsoon season. Since a number of bridges over rain water channels washed away in torrential rains, we had to make either new diversions or improve existing ones. The over dimensioned packages were as under:

Consortium led by M/s. Impreglio of Italy has awarded us transportation of imported and locally procured plant equipment and material for Ghazi Barotha Hydel Power Project from Ports and other locations to project site. To date over 100,000 F.ton of cargo has been transported. The job was commenced in 1997 and is scheduled to complete in 2003.

M/S. SCAC, Canadian freight forwarders awarded us job for Custom Clearance and transportation of over 5000 F.ton of machinery equipment for Warsak Dam Rehabilitation Project..
 
M/S. MITSUBISHI HEAVY INDUSTRIES LTD, 362MW & 365MW THERMAL POWER PLANT (1995 - 1997)

Customs clearance and transportation of project cargo for AES LALPIR Power plant. Transported over 80,000 freight ton of cargo. Following were the heavy lift cargoes.

i) STATOR GENERATOR (2 NOS.)

M/S. CHINA ZHONGYUAN ENGINEERING CORP. (YEAR 1994-2001)

Have transported project cargo for Chashma Nuclear Power Plant. The scope of works include loading and transportation to Chashma.

The uniqueness of this job is that it required high nuclear safety and quality assurance standards according to ANSI/ASME NQA-1&2.

The abnormality was seen in a package 6.2 M wide and 28 M long. The heaviest packages hauled were:

200 Ton Reactor Pressure vessel transported by Goldhofer Hydraulic Trailer in 1996.
2. 200 Ton Generator transported in 1996.
194 Ton Transformer transported in 1994.
2X250 tons steam generators transported by Goldhofer Hydraulic trailer in 1997.

 
M/S. DONGFANG ELECTRIC CORP. (YEAR 1990-1992)

Have taken direct delivery of plant equipment of 3x50MW coal fired power plants from chartered vessels and transported to Khanote. 35 meters long were their abnormals.

Have been transporting project cargo for their job at Ghazi Barotha Hydel Power Project. The job included transportation of 16x112 ton transformers.

 
M/S. PAKISTAN ELECTRICAL & MECHANICAL CONSTRUCTORS
Have carried 16.75 M long pre-stressed concrete poles and X-arms from Kotri pole plant to 650 Kms long various transmission lines of 132 & 220 KV through deserts, hillocks, sand-dunes and water logged areas.
 
M/S. WATER & POWER DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY (YEAR 1980-84)
We were the sole transporters for over 3 years of Wapda throughout Pakistan for distances from 500 Kms and above for their light/heavy cargo from Karachi Port.
 
M/S. DBS ESCHER WYSS TARBELA (1989-1993)

Have cleared through customs, loading at port and transported their penstock materials & Turbines, including 4 units of Turbine Runners Dim. 793x793x345 cms Wt. 190.511 tons each, from Karachi to Tarbela.

Received one Runner at a time directly from ship hook on trailers and transported to Tarbela Dam after covering 1700 Kms. We had to make special by passes improve diversions, remove encroachments, cut road side trees, dismantle and refix railway level crossing. We prepared approach roads and temporary bridge to cross through the stream at Harrow.

 
M/S. SIEMENS-ABB TARBELA UNITS 11-14(1989-1992)
Transported over 20,000 freight tons of heavy, over dimensional and general cargo including 4 units of Thrust Brackets (Dim. 616x606x410 cms Wt.145.800 tons). One at a time received directly from ship hook on trailers and transported to Tarbela Dam after covering 1700 Kms.
 
M/S. WAPDA THERMAL POWER STATION GUDDU (1976-1978)

The following seven packages were transported by us from Karachi to Guddu.

i) 1 No. Dim 660x390x422 cms Wt. 180 tons.
ii) 4 Nos. Dim. 885x366x422 cms Wt. 127 tons each.
iii) 2 Nos. Dim. 42.7M x 244x244 cms Wt. 47 tons each.

Transported all the light/heavy and over dimensional cargo of M/s. China Machine Building International Corporation from Karachi Port to unit No. 4 Thermal Power Station Guddu.

 
M/S NISSHO IWAI (76-78 & 83-85)
Have cleared from Custom and transported equipment for 35 MW Gas Turbine Project owned by Wapda from Karachi Port to Quetta a hill station at a height of 1616 M from sea level. The road & bridges were washed out by hill torrents and we had to make diversion to carry the heaviest piece of 126 tons Gas Turbine unit along with Generators etc.
 
PROJECT ENGINEER TARBELA DAM (YEAR 1976-1977)
We have carried seven Auto Transformers each weighing 90 tons from Karachi Port to Tarbela Dam (Distance 1700 Kms) and unloaded them on the plinths at site.
 
M/S. TARBELA JOINT VENTURE
Have carried their, heavy and over dimensioned consignment from Karachi Port to Tarbela Dam (Distance 1700 Kms). The approximate weight transported for them is over 200,000 tons.

Carried all the heavy packages from Karachi Port for expansion of the existing cement plant at Hattar (Distance 1650 Kms).
 
M/S. DANDOTH CEMENT LTD, (YEAR 1980-1982)
Transported the entire cement plant equipment ( 20,000 freight tons) including heavy and over dimensioned cargo to the hills at Dandoth covering a distance over 1500km from Karachi.
 
M/S. LUCKY CEMENT LTD. (1994-1995)
Hauled their consignments as large as 90,000 CBM. The scope of work included loading, unloading and transportation of cargo from Karachi to Pezu. The heaviest package was of 71 ton and the largest package was of size 984x591x592 cm.

Transported complete plant equipment for the expansion project. The total quantity was over 50,000 freight ton. Following were the abnormal packages.
